To ensure that all customers can not only carry out their financial transactions conveniently, but also securely online, the financial association is increasingly focusing on information and education.

Relaunch of the GUI web clients

As part of extensive customer coaching, an e-banking tour was launched that explains the Volksbanks' online banking step by step. Our project team took over the development of the app design, which fits perfectly into the customer's corporate identity and is also intuitive to use. The user interface thus met all the requirements for a modern GUI that was efficient in terms of software ergonomics.
